For all other bosses, I simply changed specializations and switched out a couple of skills on my hotbar. I only did a minor respec before fighting Ashava and even that wasn't strictly necessary.
I personally didn't feel any need to respec for bosses. Rapid fire + inner sight murders bosses even if you have terrible gear but I found it was kinda meh vs groups, at least w/o any legendaries to improve its AoE.
